Joni Kremlacek, our Integrator & COO, is a Farm Wife, Mom, and Ag Business Owner alongside her husband in Nebraska.
Joni and her husband joined Legacy Farmer (sister company to AG Accounting Services) in July of 2019. Joni was working corporate at the time and after a few months of being a member and having the right kind of experience needed to fill a need within Legacy Farmer, there wasn't a shred of doubt that she wanted to be a part of impacting the lives of others families in the agriculture industry.
Over the past 2 ½ years, Joni has spoken with 50 - 60 ag business owners from all over the US every month, who have applied to come into Legacy Farmer & AG Accounting Services. She quickly recognized the gaps and how underserved the agriculture industry is. Joni’s passion is helping other families, like her own, come up with a game plan to not only build a business that will be sustainable for generations to come, but to establish a good quality of life, which in her opinion, is priceless.
Ashley Fletcher, Head of Accounting & Tax Team, is a Wife and Mom living in Central Texas where her and her husband operate a horse farm. She comes to AG Accounting Services with a background in Ag Banking. Ashley has spent the last nine years serving American Farmers and Ranchers in different capacities. Ashley has always had a passion for agriculture, growing up in an area where agriculture is very diverse.
After receiving her Agricultural Business degree, Ashley went to work for an Ag Bank providing financial services to a variety of agricultural businesses. After six years there, she moved to Texas and spent the next three years as a lender with an Ag Bank.
Ashley’s real passion is in bookkeeping and accounting. When the opportunity arose with AG Accounting Services for bookkeeping, it was an easy decision for Ashley to make the switch. She has a strong desire to help American Farmers and Ranchers organize and understand their finances.
LaBecca, our Accounting Advisor, is a rodeo wife and farm owner alongside her husband in North Central Arkansas.
LaBecca has a strong bookkeeping and agriculture background. She was working in public accounting, but knew her passion was the agriculture industry making the change very easy. She loves serving others and enjoys incorporating that in her position here at AG Accounting Services.
She is excited to be a part of a team that serves farmers, enjoys simplicity, and has a goal of helping American Farmers take control of the financial side of their operation.
Meaghan Todd works with our accounting team. Meaghan Todd has chosen this industry over and over again both in her personal and professional life, she grew up in upstate New York where her love of horses and cattle became evident. She began riding horses at age 3, competing at age 5. Meaghan has instantly drawn to her local 4h club as a child where she began to learn about farming and business’s that support the industry.
She has several family members or close friends that own family ranches & farms. Meaghan started an agriculture business by offering riding lessons & selling horses for the last 20 years. Meaghan gained her Associates Degree in Business Administration and Marketing in 2001.
Meaghan now resides in southern Ga where she has lived for the last 24 years. In their free time they go to rodeos , roping’s and jr rodeos with her ten year old daughter. Meaghan’s life experience and passion for this lifestyle made a fantastic fit to join our team. She has an understanding of our customer base ,their needs & the standard for our customer experience.
Ashlynn Quinney, our Accounting Assistant, has a Business Administration and Management degree. She is a wife and a mother living in South Texas, where she and her husband have been the owners and operators of a first-generation row crop farm since 2019.
Ashlynn grew up on her family’s multiple-generation cattle ranch, owned by her father and mother. This is where her passion for the agriculture industry began. She has witnessed the ups and downs and all the miracles of living this life and wouldn’t have it any other way.
Ashlynn is excited to be a part of AG Accounting Services, a team that knows, lives, and breathes the same lifestyle and is just as passionate about helping others in this same industry. She understands how important it is to be held accountable and always to do the right thing and how impactful it is to keep things simple, which will keep things clear and understandable.
