Joni Kremlacek, our Integrator & COO, is a Farm Wife, Mom, and Ag Business Owner alongside her husband in Nebraska.
Joni and her husband joined Legacy Farmer (sister company to AG Accounting Services) in July of 2019. Joni was working corporate at the time and after a few months of being a member and having the right kind of experience needed to fill a need within Legacy Farmer, there wasn't a shred of doubt that she wanted to be a part of impacting the lives of others families in the agriculture industry.
Over the past 2 ½ years, Joni has spoken with 50 - 60 ag business owners from all over the US every month, who have applied to come into Legacy Farmer & AG Accounting Services. She quickly recognized the gaps and how underserved the agriculture industry is. Joni’s passion is helping other families, like her own, come up with a game plan to not only build a business that will be sustainable for generations to come, but to establish a good quality of life, which in her opinion, is priceless.
Ashley Fletcher, our Client Bookkeeper, is a Wife and Mom living in Central Texas where her and her husband operate a horse farm. She comes to AG Accounting Services with a background in Ag Banking. Ashley has spent the last nine years serving American Farmers and Ranchers in different capacities. Ashley has always had a passion for agriculture, growing up in an area where agriculture is very diverse.
After receiving her Agricultural Business degree, Ashley went to work for an Ag Bank providing financial services to a variety of agricultural businesses. After six years there, she moved to Texas and spent the next three years as a lender with an Ag Bank.
Ashley’s real passion is in bookkeeping and accounting. When the opportunity arose with AG Accounting Services for bookkeeping, it was an easy decision for Ashley to make the switch. She has a strong desire to help American Farmers and Ranchers organize and understand their finances.
Amanda Holder, one of our client bookkeepers, is a wife, mom of three and farm owner with her husband. They have run a cattle operation in Northeast Arkansas for seven years. Amanda has grown up with an Ag background. Her family has owned the local Livestock Auction for 64 years and she grew up learning that business. She also grew up on a cattle farm with her family.
Amanda comes to AG Accounting Services with a fifteen year background in Accounting/Bookkeeping. She comes with a passion for farming and a passion for bookkeeping and accounting. Her goal is to help as many farmers as possible because she understands the importance of small and large family owned farms in America.
Amanda has found the perfect team environment to continue growing and helping farms in more than just Arkansas. She is excited to be able to help the current Ag Businesses grow and be able to leave behind something for future generations.
LaBecca, our Client Bookkeeper, is a rodeo wife and farm owner alongside her husband in North Central Arkansas.
LaBecca has a strong bookkeeping and agriculture background. She was working in public accounting, but knew her passion was the agriculture industry making the change very easy. She loves serving others and enjoys incorporating that in her position here at AG Accounting Services.
She is excited to be a part of a team that serves farmers, enjoys simplicity, and has a goal of helping American Farmers take control of the financial side of their operation.
Cami is a Client Bookkeeper, a wife, and a mother of two living in Northwest Indiana. In the near future, they will be taking over the family farm. Growing up showing horses and being a member of the local 4-H program, guided her appreciation for the Ag community and the values she holds today.
Cami has been giving back to her community as a volunteer Treasurer to local Non-Profit Organizations for the past eight years. She has experience in public accounting while working in a CPA firm before she decided to return to college. After earning a Technical Certificate in Accounting, she was led to the opportunity of a Client Bookkeeper opening at AG Accounting Services.
Joining AG Accounting Services, she is excited to be a part of the team providing bookkeeping and accounting services for American farms, ranches, and their families for many generations to come. She feels blessed to be a part of Legacy Farmer’s mission which aligns with her values, beliefs, and allows her to give back to the Ag community.
